Monday

  • Bike - 45 minutes - (18.8 miles)

Tuesday 

  • Swim - 1,100 yards, 8 x 50 yard sprints
  • Run - 4.63 miles - 36:18 (7:51/mile)

Wednesday

  • Bike - 45 minutes (18.6 miles) - Spin Bike

Thursday 

  • Swim - 850 yards, 4 x 100 yards at race pace (1:35/100 yd)
  • Run - 4.07 miles - 31:27 (7:44/mile)

Friday

  • Bike - 25 miles (55:20)

Saturday

  • Run - 7.01 miles  - 59:09 (8:26/mile) 

Sunday - Off

Week 1 (2/12/18-2/18/18)

Monday

  • Bike - Spin Class (40 minutes) 
  • Run - 10 minutes

Tuesday 

  • Swim - 800 yards, 8 x 25 yard sprints
  • Run - 3 miles - 24:54 (8:02/mile)

Wednesday

  • Bike - 40 minutes (17.5 miles) - Spin Bike

Thursday - Off 

Friday

  • Swim - 800 yards, 3 x 100 yards at race pace (1:38/100 yd)
  • Run - 4 miles - 32:08 (8:02/mile)

Saturday

  • Bike - 20 miles (45:38) 

Sunday

  • Swim - 800 yards at race pace (Avg 1:47/100 yd)
